HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Requesting your return:


To request a return, email us at explore@auro.one

Please include:

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

  • The reason for your return.

  • You may also request an exchange for a different size, style, etc. and our team will get back to you and send your the exchange (note that you may be charged a shipping & handling fee)

Return requests must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving your order. Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.


Preparing your return package:

Include all original packaging and materials. Our team will send you a shipping label to print and put on your return parcel. Then drop off your package at the nearest USPS location.


Receive your refund:
Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund will then take place within 5 to 7 days. Any damaged jewelry can not be subject to a refund.
